Peters 1st rule of leadership: know why they want to follow & fill any gaps with reasons to follow you

Peters 2nd rule of leadership: following is voluntary

Peters 3rd rule of leadership: don’t just be fair – strive to make things completely unfair for your people

Peters 4th rule of leadership: you shouldn’t look to a follower to unclog a toilet you just used

Peters 5th rule of leadership: if you wouldn’t ever follow any of your followers then you probably need better followers
